JUNIOR STATE REGISTRATION CHECKLIST

Online Registration Window: November 13-December 5, 2025

Google Form/Mail In Deadline: December 11,  2025 (ALL MATERIALS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THIS DATE)

THINGS TO KNOW

  • Tickets for Opening Ceremony and Friday’s Mainstages will be assigned first come, first served as completed registration materials are received at the Junior State Office. Priority numbers for ticketing will not be assigned to troupes that do not submit all of their registration materials.
  • Your registration is not considered complete until all items are received at the State Office. Please send everything in one envelope/mailing.
  • Late fees will be assessed for missing/incomplete materials:
    • Missing the mail-in deadline on any registration materials, in part or in whole, will result in a $200 Late Fee.
    • The Late Fee increases to $300 after January 12, 2026
  • Once a registration is submitted and payment is received, all transactions are considered final, and the organization does not provide any assurances of monetary reimbursement. By completing a registration, you acknowledge and consent that refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.

Check off as you go to ensure a COMPLETE REGISTRATION: 

  • Complete online registration
    • Troupe Director(s) 
    • All Chaperones 
    • All Students 
    • Mainstage Registration (if applicable)
    • One Act Registration (if applicable)
    • Thespy Events (if applicable)
    • T-Shirt Sizes
    • Day Passes
    • Opening Ceremony Ticketing
    • Mainstage Ticketing
    • Credit Card Fee (if applicable)
    • LAST STEP: Click “Proceed to Payment” (Once you CLICK, you CAN’T GO BACK!)
  • Compile Completed Registration for Mailing
    • Official Signature Form (signed by both the troupe director and school administrator)
    • Check for the full amount matching your invoice, made payable to Florida State Thespian Society, Inc. dba Florida Junior Thespians OR printed copy of credit card payment/receipt
    • Printed copy of Troupe Invoice from the registration system 
    • Checklist (optional but will help you)
  • Digital Forms
    • One Act Form (if applicable)
    • Opening Ceremony Performance (if applicable)
    • Opening Ceremony Technical (if applicable)
    • Scenewriting Form (if applicable) – Due January 8 (Late fees are assessed on January 9!)
  • Mail Completed Registration to:
