For Vendors, Exhibitors, and College & Training Program Representatives
We welcome you to the Florida Thespians Senior State Festival. We are excited you are joining us for the best four days of high school theatre in Florida, attended by over 9000 students, parents, theatre directors, and guest artists.
You are participating in our conference as a(n):
VENDOR (one who sells merchandise and/or goods) or
EXHIBITOR (one who displays and/or distributes information) or
COLLEGE & TRAINING PROGRAM REPRESENTATIVE (a secondary academic institution, summer program, and/or theatre intensive)
To apply as a vendor, exhibitor, or college & training program representative, please complete the Sponsorship Registration Form.
LOCATION
Vendors, exhibitors, and colleges will be provided table space in the Tampa Convention Center West Hall, 333 S Franklin St, Tampa, FL 33602. This location serves as our home for festival registration, competition events, and most workshops.
EQUIPMENT
We provide you with one 8’ x 30” table and two chairs. There is about 2.5 feet between tables and approximately 10’ behind the table. We ask that nothing is set out in the walkway in front of the table and the aisle between tables is clear. Florida Thespians will provide you with your table assignment and the correct number of tables, tablecloths, and table skirts set up in the designated exhibition area.
Electricity, Wi-Fi, poles, braces, stands, carts for loading in, and many other types of exhibitor equipment and services must be contracted directly with the Tampa Convention Center. Once your application is approved and payment is received, you will receive contact information for facilitating your needs. Additionally, if you wish to ship any materials directly to the Tampa Convention Center, you will receive instructions on the availability of this service and the cost.
Tables will be assigned in the order your application and payment is received. Prime locations and extra tables are available only through sponsorship. Booth numbers will be assigned and sent to you via email in late February.
Use of the Florida Thespians logo, International Thespian Society logo, and duck images are not permissible.
Use of music, live singing, lights, or any other element of the exhibit may not interfere with one or more neighboring booths.

Set-up: Wednesday, March 18th from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Thursday, March 19th from 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Area Open: Thursday, March 19th from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday, March 20th from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, March 21st from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pack-up: All vendors/exhibitors/college & training program representatives must clear the
venue no later than 2:30 PM on Saturday, March 21st
